No. The transmitter included in the RODE Wireless GO II Single 1-Person Compact Digital Wireless Omni Lavalier Microphone System/Recorder Kit cannot supply a sufficient amount of voltage to power the Sennheiser MKE 2 Gold Series Subminiature Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone with Locking 3.5mm Connector. The MKE 2 requires 7.5V and the transmitter can only supply 5V.

Yes, the receiver in the Rode Wireless GO II 2-Person Compact Digital Wireless Microphone System/Recorder can send signal into the audio inputs of the Canon XA40 Professional UHD 4K Camcorder. The system includes a 3.5mm TRS cable for direct connection from the receiver's output to the 3.5 mm TRS stereo microphone input on the camera. A cable adapter could also be used to split the receiver's output for connection to the camera's XLR inputs as an alternative.

If you need two wireless microphones, you can get the RODE Wireless GO II 2-Person Compact Digital Wireless Microphone System/Recorder (B&H # ROWGII) which includes two transmitters that will both send audio to the same receiver. Or if you already have the RODE Wireless GO II Single Compact Digital Wireless Microphone System/Recorder, you can use a second wireless mic system. It is possible to use two of the Wireless GO II Systems at the same time, and it is also possible to connect them both to a camera with a single 3.5mm mic input by using a mini mixer like the Kopul CMX-1-V2 Two-Channel Mini Mixer with Shoe Bracket (B&H # KOCMX1V2).
