AVPro Edge MXNet 1G Evolution II Downmixing Encoder

The MXNet 1G Evolution II Downmixing Encoder from AVPro Edge receives and encodes HDMI 2.0 video with the added feature of audio downmixing from Dolby Atmos, DTS-HD, and other high-end audio formats. Designed for use with multi-zone stereo distribution systems, the encoder extracts and outputs downmixed signals via its Euroblock connector. It supports resolutions up to DCI 4K60 4:4:4, along with control, power, and HDR metadata and requires an MXNet switch or a multicast capable L3 switch. This encoder supports HDR10, HLG, and Dolby Vision up to 30 Hz and can be used with Cat 6A cable or with SFP fiber for longer runs. It features a new AVPro Edge ASIC (application-specific integrated circuit) for enhanced video processing and support for audio formats like Dolby Atmos and DTS:X for IMAX Enhanced soundtracks.
