Combining handheld and mounted shooting in an extremely portable design, the Fold P20 Mobile Pocket Video Rig 4047 from SmallRig gives content creators an easy way to capture professional-quality images and video. It accepts most smartphones and features accessory slots perfect for small lights, microphones, and other peripherals.
The adjustable smartphone mount can be rotated to shoot both portrait and landscape oriented content. The grip is 0.6" deep and can be pulled open to securely hold phones from 2.6 to 3.1" in width. Folded, the Fold P2 is smooth, rounded, and only 7.2" long. It slips easily into your gear bag or backpack. Unfolded, it becomes a robust video rig with dual handgrips, two corner cold shoes, a center 1/4"-20 connection, and built-in smartphone mount. The grips and shoes mechanically lock into place for maximum stability, letting you easily create stable push-in, tracking, and other handheld shots. Flip it upside down, and you can use the 1/4"-20 connection to mount the rig to an optional tripod.

I Purchased This Small Phone Rig Just To See What It Was All About. I Didn’t Really Have Any Notions Of How It Would/should Work So Your Experience May Vary. I Love That The Rig Folds Up Into A Compact Form Factor Without Any External “snags” For Inside The Camera Bag. It’s Super Lightweight And The Handles Are Comfy. I’ve Found The Head For The Phone Is Stable And Strong Thus Far. I Haven’t Used The Cold Shoes For Anything Yet, But They Seem Decently Strong. I’ve Noticed That My Handheld Shots And Videos Are More Fluid And Stable. I Would 100% Recommend This Rig For A Budget. I’ll Also Add That I Now Have The SmallRig Case To Mount Filters For My IPhone 16 ProMax. By The Specs, My Phone And Case Come Out The Be Too Wide For The Rig, But It Works Perfectly For Me.
