The ED3541 Hardened 10/100BASE-TX Ethernet Extender from EtherWAN allows extending IP signals beyond the normal Ethernet distance limitations. At 100 Mb/s, it carries a signal up to 655'. At 80 Mb/s, the distance reaches up to 1300'. The extension distance increases at lower and lower data rates. The extender features a ruggedized aluminum housing and offers high shock and vibration resistance, and electrical noise immunity. The operating temperature range is -40 to 167°F.
