Excellent (and not just for the price)

I use a Leica CL as a lightweight walk-around camera, and L-mount APS-C options are limited. (Leica discontinued the CL several years ago.) Sigma doesn't always include L-mount in their releases, but this refreshed wide zoom was recently updated to this excellent version. It features incredibly fast focus (that's silent, too), excellent sharpness, very good color, and good rendition in out-of-focus areas. It's also compact and surprisingly featherweight. I presume these qualities would benefit any APS-C user, but for folks with a Leica CL, it's highly recommended.

Great little lens for landscape photography. The photos look sharp even at f/2.8. I am quite happy with the purchase.
