What does an APS-C lens mean? So what would be the focal length on a full frame camera? (Lumix S5). Thank you !

APS-C is the size of the sensor this lens is formatted for. While you can use this lens on a full frame camera, you will see vignetting unless you shoot in APS-C mode. When shooting in APS-C mode the focal length will be 15-27mm.

Will this Sigma RF version of the 10-18 f2.8 lens work on the Canon C70 Super 35 sensor?

Sigma does not list any cinema cameras in their compatibility list, but it is highly likely that the Sigma 10-18mm f/2.8 DC DN Contemporary Lens (Canon-RF) will work with the Canon EOS C70 Cinema Camera (RF Mount); it will cover the Super 35 sensor. The main questions are how accurate the autofocus will work, and if there will be any glitches. You would have to wait and see until the lens is released, and you try it out to make sure.
