This Quick Release Mounting Plate from Sirui is made to work with PF-series monopods and can be used with compatible quick locking heads thanks to its fast and efficient design. Simply pull down on the top collar of your monopod head and the plate pops out. The plate allows you to have multiple pieces of equipment ready to swap when you're on the go, and the included reversible mounting screw can be flipped between its 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 ends for compatibility with a wide array of equipment. Dual bubble levels are also featured, so you can be evenly alligned when shooting on uneven ground.

I bought the Benro GH5C Carbon Fiber Gimbal Head with PL100LW Plate that did not come with this quick release part but after is was so fast to change out different head mounts to the P-325FL monopod.

This allows the opportunity for quick changes on the PF monopods. I have one for the gimbal, the ball head, and the trigger release ball head. Love this system, well thought out and beautifully constructed.
