The included Basic Riser XL is taller and more stable than the Basic Riser MK3. The included 4 x 5" Light Source Basic MK2 is an ultra-bright light source that is between 2-3 stops brighter than the previous generation 4 x 5" Light Source Basic. Both the Basic Film Carrier 35 MK2 and Basic Film Carrier 120 MK2's cassette designs feature double s-curve methods for keeping film flat, and their interchangeable inserts offer the added capability of scanning other formats and full-border scanning.
