I have a Canon R6 with L bracket and attached 28-70mm f2 lens. That lens is huge. And I can still fit my Canon 70-200mm f2.8 RF without the hood and tripod collar.

Yes, the Domke Sling Bag (RuggedWear Brown, 6L) has internal dimensions of 13.5 x 7.5 x 4" so that combination should work. 4 inches is too narrow for a camera with battery grip though.
