Designed to work with LAN cables, the red-tinted Simply45 ProSeries Cat 6/6a UTP Unshielded Pass-Through Modular Plug connects onto 23 AWG solid twisted pair LAN cables up to 0.29" in diameter. Fifty pass-through modular RJ45 plugs come packed inside of a clamshell package, which work with most Cat 6a and Cat 6 cables in a staggered high/low wire arrangement.
Its patented Cap45 design features a cap/bar that snaps onto the front of the pass-through RJ45 plug after termination, which helps to prevent electrical shorts and other electrical risks by covering the exposed wire ends. Each plug features a 3-prong pin design with 50μ 24kt gold plating to help deliver high electrical conductivity and a stronger connection to wire conductors and has a colored tint for easy identification. These modular plugs are rated to work with PoE and PoH devices.
