The Cap45 isolation cap/bar covers exposed wire ends to reduce the risk of electrical shorting. These modular plugs are rated to work with PoE and PoH devices.

Cap45
The patented Cap45 design features a cap/bar that snaps onto the front of the pass-through RJ45 plug after termination, which helps to prevent electrical shorts and other electrical risks by covering the exposed wire ends.
