The ES2/RS3 Pro can power the Nano II motors via USB-C. However, the RS3 Pro gimbal can not control the motors. You will have to work with the Nano II hand wheel.

Any USB-C cable that supports data (not just power) can be used to send run/stop signals from the Tilta Nucleus Nano II Wireless Lens Control System with Control Handle Kit to cameras that are compatible with Tilta Nucleus Nano II's run/stop control. You will not need a specific cable. If in doubt when searching for a cable, Thunderbolt cables will work well.

Please note that this module is only compatible with the DJI RS 2, RS 3 Pro and RS 4 Pro at this time.

Does this system work with motion control for Timelapse or automation? Can you set A & B points and set a time?
At this time, we are unaware of motion control kits that are compatible with the Tilta Nucleus Nano II Wireless Lens Control System with Control Handle Kit. You can set A/B marks on the hand wheel for manual focus pulling but not for automatic focus pulling.
