Yes the plate rotates as shown in the youtube posted above by someone. LeoFoto has also confirmed to me directly that clamp plate rotates exactly as shown in the video.

The B&H guy is wrong. I confirmed with Leofoto directly that as is clearly shown in this Leofoto video below, the QR plate can be removed and rotated 90 degrees.

Yes, Leofoto VH-10LR 2-Way Monopod Head with Lever Release Clamp is compatible with both the Really Right Stuff Foot for NIKKOR Z 70-200mm f/2.8 VR S Lens (BH #RELCF21) and the Really Right Stuff L-Plate Set for Nikon Z 7, Z 6, Z 5, Z 6II, and Z 7II (BH #REBZ7LSET). Both of the support brackets use the Arca-Type quick release design, which is what the VH-10LR's clamp is designed to clamp onto, so they will be able to easily mount to this head.

Can you clarify if QR LR plate rotate 90%? Leofoto USA video shows it does rotate 90%.
The B&H Rep is confused. The video shows it being done. I also sent the video to LeoFoto and they responded today that the clamp plate is indeed removable and does indeed rotate as shown in the video. LeoFoto said the B&H rep is WRONG.
