This Leofoto VH-20LR 2-Way Monopod Head with Lever Release Clamp supports loads up to 26.5 lb and mounts on monopods, tripods, or other platforms with a 3/8"-16 threaded mounting stud. It features large pan and tilt locking knobs with ridges for increased grip, and the +/-90° front-to-back tilt and the 360° pan axes both feature numbered scales for precise, repeatable positioning and a bubble level for confirming level. The lever release clamp allows quick mounting and demounting of 50mm Arca-type quick release plates.

Threw on a leofoto monopod to run the RF 200-800 because of shoulder injuries and it’s helped a ton with in flight tracking when anchoring on the waist in a pouch. Super smooth controls, solid build quality, great purchase.

I got the for my Gitzo Monopod to use with long Canon lenses. I like the ability to use my Really Right Stuff L Plate with this head.
