It has been 40 plus years and I still refer to B&H as my "Go To" vendor when it comes to photographic equipment, supplies, and support elements. Long before the days of digital cameras and photoshop and all of the new battery operated, wireless and AI gadgets available today, I was able to pick up the phone, speak to a fellow pro photographer and get the items I needed shipped fast and efficiently. Today, I added another item to my studio that will prove to be invaluable. I love the Westcott X-Drop Pro series and have a number of them in my inventory. They are easy to setup as well as to tear down, I have found that the fabric washes very well and allows for clients to know that the background is clean with a fresh sent. The fabric is dense enough that you need not worry about backlighting or reflections from extraneous sources. The pack easily and can be transported to onsite locations without much effort. I also appreciate the ability to call Westcott if there is a problem and having a friendly client oriented staff willing to assist in resolving any issues. Looking for a store with policies that you can trust, a staff with experience and willing to share sound advice, this is the place. With dealers failing and customer service going straight to the round file, this is a place you can hang your hat on with products that are reliable and priced with the consumer in mind.
