So Iâve been a long time customer with litepanels and still use my 6X Astras and Gemini softs still to this day. Just picked up two of these new Astra IP halfâs. And wow, I really canât believe the output on these smaller units. They seem to be brighter than my âgo toâ 6x Astras. Such versatile lights, as you can use them outdoors in the midday sun (or rain), or slap on DOP choice softbox and use them as a key light indoors. Theyâve really knocked it out of the park with this model. The perfect size, especially for travel.
