The Pelican Vault V600C Case with Foam Insert (Gray, 55.5L) does not come with pluck foam. It is layered foam you can cut with a knife.

Would this case hold the R5, R7 RF 100-500, RF 24-105, RF 70-200 IS USM Z? Also what is the difference between gray and black

Yes, the Pelican Vault V600 Case with Padded Dividers (55.5L) will fit the cameras and lenses you listed. There is no difference between the gray and black versions other than the color.
