We only sell the current version of the Plustek OpticFilm 120 Film Scanner. The part number on this version is OF120, while the prior model had a 12-digit part number.

Can an entire roll of uncut film be fed through this scanner? Even if that meant modifying the ends of the plastic film holder.

Where can we see full quality scans at 5300dpi and what is the file size of a raw 6x7 120 scan?

Unfortunately, a file that is made at 5300dpi is too large to send or preview. When using the Plustek OpticFilm 120 Film Scanner, a file created at 5300dpi (raw, 6x7, 120) will be around 100mb.

Yes. As of the date/time of this reply, the Plustek OpticFilm 120 Film Scanner, B&H #PLOF120 • MFR # OF120, listed above is the newest version of the OpticFilm 120 Film Scanner. The sensor on the scanner has been updated, using a new high-sensitive color CCD with 10,600 dpi resolution, and has a new scanner module.
