Recently switched from a Windows PC to a MacBook Pro. Bought this keyboard and mouse combo, and so far I have not been too impressed. The keyboard and mouse feel great, and the battery life is impressive. However, the documentation is poor. When I have questions, I now go straight to Google. There are also some glitches. For example, the mouse and keyboard won't bring up the emoji picker for a Google Doc. I've spent hours trying to diagnose the problem and find workarounds. That's pretty basic. I don't really care whose fault it is. I just expected it to work. I honestly wish I had bought something else.

Pauses/sleeps before engaging - annoying

The keyboard looks great, and when it is engaged it works great. However, it “sleeps” fairly quickly and then takes an annoying time to “wake up” and engage. Not a problem if you are typing continuously but something to deal with if you pause to read or study and then want to type. I may have to get a new keyboard as a result.
