There are two reviews. One says the fluid movement can be adjusted. The other says it can't. Which is it?
The tightness of the head on the tripod can be changed but because the Ulanzi Ombra XIANG Aluminum Travel Tripod with Fluid Head does not have a true video fluid head with horizontal motion fluidity, you cannot adjust the tension of said tightness.
