AMD 9950X Reviews

Great CPU.

Works great for me with everything from gaming to photo/video editing, if and when you undervolt watch for core stretching in low power and idle usage of your P.C. but I get up to 24650 in cinebench r23 and 9174 in cinebench r26. (undervolting tutorials on YouTube)

Fast CPU

The AMD Ryzen 9 9950X is a very fast and capable CPU. I'm using it with a CORSAIR NAUTILUS RS 360mm AIO liquid cooler and 3 stock case fans. So far, temps are great — around 100°F (37.8°C) at idle and 118°F (47.8°C) under load. It seems to automatically boost its clock speeds, which is impressive. As someone coming from Intel, I’m a bit nervous about long-term stability, but I’ll update this review if I encounter any issues. I bought it for video editing, AI work, and graphic design, paired with an NVIDIA 5070 Ti, and I’m quite happy — though it might be a bit of overkill for some users.
