Yes, that would be possible with the UGREEN NASync DXP4800 Plus 4-Bay NAS Enclosure; however, please note that the process of converting the RAID 1 storage pool to RAID 5 will require you to format the two original drives in order to build the new RAID 5 storage pool. This will wipe the data, so it would be advised to have a temporary storage location, such as an external HDD, to hold your data when you do decide to add more HDDs.
