The Tenba Solstice V2 Sling Bag (Black, 16L) is too small to fit a Sony A7r5 attached to the Sony FE 400-800mm f/6.3-8 G OSS Lens (Sony E) with the hood in reverse. Without the hood at all it would fit but be tight.

Can this be worn on either right or left shoulder?
The Tenba Solstice V2 Sling Bag (Black, 16L) is a sling bag worn crossbody. The strap goes from the left shoulder down to the right hip. This allows you to also move the bag to the front to gain access in the "workstation mode." It cannot do the same on the other side.
