I bought a Brother brand scanner after Fujistu discontinued support for my fully functioning S1300 scanner. It's extremely fast and the quality is good. My only pause is that it seems unable to straighten paper scans if they are loaded slightly off angle, something the Scansnap software did well, however if you load into Acrobat Pro and use OCR, it'll fix the alignment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been needing a way to scan family photos and documents for safekeeping, and this scanner has been outstanding! Super easy to set up and the compact size makes it so easy to bring wherever you need it. The scan quality is great. The scanner also looks very sleek in my small home office, which I appreciate.
