Designed for home offices and small workgroups, the ADS-1300 Compact Desktop Scanner from Brother offers a compact design and simple workflow applications for all your small office needs. Utilizing a 20-page automatic document feeder, the scanner features a 600 x 600 dpi optical resolution. Simplex scan speeds are a fast 30 ppm, while duplex scan speeds are an impressive 60 ipm. The ADS-1300 scans multiple sheets up to 8.5 x 14", and for single sheets the unit can scan oversize documents up to 8.5 x 197". Multiple "Scan-to" destinations are supported including File, OCR, Email, and USB flash memory drive, and a dedicated card slot makes scanning plastic cards quick and easy. Additionally, the ADS-1300 includes a software suite with document management tools and OCR (optical character recognition) software.
