Can I use it with Apature 300D and Paul C. Buff Einstein lights? Do I need additional mount?
The Rapid Box light modifiers do not come with mounts. So, for your Buff lighting, which I think uses a Bowens mount, you would need to order the mount from Westcott. Not sure about the Apature 300D.

I am fairly certain that the 400 watt light will be fine. But the manufacturer has power limits depending on the size of the light shaper, so it’s best to check with the manufacturer. I have the. Godox 600 and it is fantastic.

Is the sb700 going to be enough for this softbox? Can the Godox Ad200 be mounted on it? Or another monolight/strobe with more HSS and power than the sb700? Can the Godox V1 be mounted on this softbox? Any other ideas? I do not know if the sb5000 is worth the $. Thank you!
Yes this rapid box is perfect for a sb700. If you want to use a variety of other flashes, we recommend the rapid box switch which allows you to change your light mount.
