According to Canon, the Canon CF-R20EP Battery Grip with Cooling Fan and Ethernet can work with the Canon AC-E6N AC Adapter and DC Coupler DR-E6 Kit, but it has limitations as shown below:
With the Canon AC-E6N AC Adapter, the limitations are no network connectivity (Wi-Fi/wired LAN), it reduces continuous shooting speed and prevents selection of 8K DCI/8K UHD/RAW/SRAW movie recording size, fine image quality, and 239.76/200.00/119.88/100.00/59.94/50.00 fps frame rates, and HDMI RAW output, still photo shooting during movie recording, high frame rate movies, and pre-continuous shooting are not available. The cooling fan cannot be used.

Fan will NOT work with either battery slot occupied by an old battery. Fan will work single new battery and other battery slot empty, but will NOT work with new battery in one slot and old battery in other slot. Yes this is dumb.
