What control buttons are on the CF-R20EP?
Asked by: jim
The Canon CF-R20EP Battery Grip with Cooling Fan & Ethernet does not really have control buttons. It has LED lights on the back that let you know if the fan is on, if it is connected via LAN, and which of the two batteries are charging.

Will the fan work in photo mode, not just video mode like the R5c?
Asked by: Josh
Fan will NOT work with either battery slot occupied by an old battery. Fan will work single new battery and other battery slot empty, but will NOT work with new battery in one slot and old battery in other slot. Yes this is dumb.
