Yes, the SmallRig HawkLock Quick Release Cage Kit for Sony FX3 and FX30's top NATO rail component would have to be removed if you are using the Sony XLR-H1 XLR Handle Unit (BH #SOXLRH1) with the camera.

Currently SmallRig does not offer any compatible lens support accessories for the bottom front threads of the SmallRig HawkLock Quick Release Cage Kit for Sony FX3 and FX30.
