A compact and lightweight large format camera for photographers of all skill levels, the Intrepid 4 x 5 View Camera offers a wide range of camera movements and support for working with an extensive array of lenses with a standard Copal shutter. In its base configuration, the camera's removable black bellows provide 11.8" of extension to support working with long focal length lenses up to 300mm, and with an optional recessed lens board, you can use lenses as wide as 75mm. Full front movements are available as well as rear base tilt, and the rear standard rotates 360° for horizontal and vertical shooting. The aluminum base and rear-controlled linear focus mechanism ensure both stability and sharp focus.
The camera has a universal Graflok back supporting a wide variety of film holders, including the Lomography Instax Wide back. A bright ground glass featuring a half-inch grid is included, and an optional Fresnel is available for ultrawide-angle lenses.
