Featured here in a sleek all-black design, the Black Edition Intrepid 8 x 10 View Camera is a compact and lightweight 8 x 10" large format view camera for photographers of all skill levels. It offers a wide range of camera movements and support for working with a broad array of lenses with a standard Copal shutter. In its base configuration, the camera's removable bellows provide 20.1" of extension to support working with focal length lenses from 180mm to 480mm. Full front movements are available as well as rear base tilt, and the rear standard rotates for horizontal and vertical shooting. Strong magnets and two lockable clips secure the rear standard, while the aluminum base and rear-controlled linear focus mechanism provide additional stability and sharp focus.
The Intrepid 8 x 10 View Camera can be folded flat when not in use for easy storage and transport. A bright ground glass featuring a half-inch grid is included, and an optional Fresnel is available for ultrawide-angle lenses.
