The Sennheiser Profile Wireless Replacement Clip-On Transmitter/Recorder features both a built-in microphone and onboard recording capabilities for seamless backup. The transmitter utilizes 2.4 GHz digital technology to communicate with the Profile dual-channel receiver (available separately) at a line-of-sight distance up to 800'. The transmitter is identical to the one originally included with the Profile two-person wireless system and is sold as a backup unit or a replacement, if the original is lost or damaged.
