I purchased the 2.0 extender to use use with the Leica 100-400/F.5.6 and the 70-200/F.2.8. On the 100-400, minimum aperture is F11and in daylight use -- was no issue, just bump up ISO. On the 70-200/F2.8 - Minimum aperture is F5.6 and again no issue. The adapter is not inexpensive - but the extra reach (to 800mm) and it's build quality make this a long term addition to my gear bag.

Is it compatible LEICA EXTENDER L 2.0x with Leica ...

Is it compatible LEICA EXTENDER L 2.0x with Leica Summicron-SL 35mm f/2 ASPH lens? Will work autofocus?

This extender is not compatible with the 35mm f/2 SL lens. It's designed only for the Leica 70-200 and the Leica 100-400 SL lenses.

The Leica Extender L 2.0x is compatible with the Leica Vario-Elmar-SL 100-400mm f/5-6.3 Lens (L-Mount). If you're looking at the Panasonic Leica DG Vario-Elmar 100-400mm f/4-6.3 II ASPH. POWER O.I.S. Lens, it is not compatible with that lens.
