The Lexar 2TB Professional Go USB 3.2 Gen 2 Portable SSD (Black), B&H # LELSL400X002, meets the requirements to shoot video with the Panasonic Lumix S5 IIX; there are no codec limitations. If you have other Panasonic Lumix cameras that support recording to an external SSD, it should work, but we could not guarantee it without knowing the specific camera model.

The Lexar 2 TB Professional Go USB 3.2 Gen 2 Portable SSD has not been tested as a compatible drive for the camera. However, yes, it should work and record 2160p Blackmagic RAW 3:1 up to 60 fps.

Would this work with an iPhone with a lightning port if I use a USB-C to lightning adapter?
You can use the Lexar 2TB Professional Go USB 3.2 Gen 2 Portable SSD with a Lightning adapter, but note the speeds will be much slower, as Lightning only supports up to USB 2 (480 Mbps) speeds.
