Plu tek 1680 Reviews
The Plustek OptiSlim 1680 is exceeding expectations so far!
Overall, we’re quite pleased with the Plustek OpticSlim 1680 flatbed scanner we purchased primarily to create a digital personal and professional family history archive. The software downloaded and installed easily and the scanner is very straightforward to operate. We appreciate the level of editing available in the scanner and how easy it is to create multipage PDFs. The OCR capability is an added plus. As a photographer/graphic designer, I take advantage of the added tools in Photoshop to fine-tune most photos. But, I am especially pleased with how well the scanner preserves the color of 1950’s printed materials, like greeting cards and keepsake documents. I’ve attached a few samples. We could have purchased this flatbed scanner from other online sources, but I trust B&H!
