Lowepro BP 450 AW III Reviews

Perfect for a Massive Fujifilm GFX II with Four Lenses

By James C.
Rated 5 out of 5

I was having difficulty finding a bag large enough to hold my Fujifilm GFX II with four lenses. I also wanted a discrete bag that did *not* say "expensive camera inside, please steal me." This large, high-quality bag from Lowepro excelled in both categories. I fit all of my equipment inside and it appears like a plain black black backpack to the unknowing.

Ridiculous Divider System And Other Issues

I'm Not Going To Deny LowePro Build Quality And Durablility; LowePro Has A Well Deserved Reputation For Making Decent Camera Bags. However, In My View They Continue To Struggle With Their Divider Systems, Seemingly Choosing For Everyone The Best Way To Organize Camera Equipment. Salvation Came When I Decided Cut Out The Seams Preventing The Dividers From Flattening And Being More Useful (minus 1 Star), Then Everything Fell Together Effortlessly. Now, I Can Call It A Good Camera Bag. The Belt System Is Designed For Someone Shorter Than My 5 Foot 9 Inch Height, I'd Guess Closer To 5 Foot 6 Inches (minus 1 Star). I'm Not Going To Get Into Minor Things I Dislike About The Pack Or What All It Holds, I'll Just Say It Works With A 16 Inch Laptop And It's Heavy Fully Loaded, But It Works For Me And It Seems Well Built. Those Folks In Indonesia Have Done An Excellent Job Building This Pack, Really Well Done. Per The LowePro Website: Total Volume 28 L Device Volume 25 L The Total Volume Probably Includes The Little Bags That Come With The Pack Which Is Ok With Me Only Because I Have Room For My Essentials. And, I Attached One Of Those Bags To The Top Of The Pack To Carry My Think Tank Card Wallet, View Catcher, Tiffen B&W Viewing Filter And My CRM-114 Discriminator.
