The Lowepro ProTactic TLZ Slim series is not designed to accommodate cameras with a battery grip attached. For a Sony a7 V Mirrorless Camera and Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS II Lens with the Sony VG-C4EM Vertical Grip attached, a larger holster bag such as the Think Tank Photo V3 Digital Holster 50 (Extra Large) [BH #THDH50V3 • MFR #710878] would be recommended.
