Does what it’s supposed to do, but not with the full iPhone 16 Pro case from SmallRig. Remove the full case and just use the rubber ring that comes with the SmallRig cage to fit the phone into the cage. If you want to use a NATO rail for a left-hand grip or other accessory on the same side of the phone as the backplate, you have to install the backplate first, then the NATO rail. You can’t swap them interchangeably.
