Frame your astrophotography images exactly as you like them with the CAA Camera Angle Adjuster Rotator from ZWO. Mounted between your telescope and your CCD or CMOS camera, the CAA is controlled and powered through a USB-C port or with the optional ZWO EAF Hand Controller through a dedicated jack. A smooth stepper motor will rotate the camera as precisely as 0.02° per step and turns at a speedy 7.5° per second for efficient workflow. The CAA is rigid and able to withstand torques up to 2.5Nm. It supports a camera plus accessories including an electronic filter wheel weighing in total up to 11 lb. It works with common astro-imaging software such as ASCOM, ASIAIR, and ASI Studio.
- Precise: stepper motor is accurate to 0.02° per step. Positioning accuracy is better than 0.1°, and the adjusted angular error will not exceed 0.1°
- Fast: rotates at a speed of up to 7.5° per second, reducing waiting times
- Strong: rigid enough to withstand up to 2.5Nm of torque and to support gear weighing a total of 11 pounds (camera, filter wheel, etc.)
- Neat and easy cabling: requires just one USB-C cable for power and data
- Compatible: supports ASCOM, ASIAIR, and ASI Studio; 54mm connecting threads with 54-48mm adapter
