I recently drained the original FJ80 II battery at a outdoor sports shoot. I had 3 bars when I started, but 16 girl soccer players with 10 or more poses each plus team and senior poses left me without a flash. I had a spare camera battery, spare memory cards but not a spare flash battery. Never again! Using the evening sun as a back light, the photos gave me dark faces on the girls I shot without a flash. These are cropped unedited jpgs. I used the ARWs for editing.
These batteries are invaluable!!! IF you are a serious shooter and you have hotshoe guns then this is needed. you don't want to be caught with a flash and dead batteries.
