Smart AI Tracking Sensor Module with Fill Light
The module integrates both an AI image tracker and a magnetic fill light into your gimbal configuration. The plug-in module does not rely on wireless technology, providing a more reliable connection. Track faces or bodies using the vision sensor, which also supports gesture control from up to 4.9' away. Customize your favorite composition modes using specific gestures for easy recall. The integrated fill light is magnetic, allowing for efficient transitions between front and rear smartphone cameras. It features both CCT and 360° of RGB adjustment to achieve your desired look.
Multi 4.0 Quick Release System
Included with the gimbal are several quick release solutions for wide device compatibility. Attach a compact mirrorless camera to the Arca-Swiss L-bracket using the camera quick release plate. The smartphone clamp features a quick release base and accommodates mobile devices 2.3 to 3.9" wide. You can even use your action camera with the 3-prong mount adapter. Rotate the L-bracket 90° to transition from horizontal to vertical shooting and accommodate your camera's flip-out screen.
Wired and Wireless Shutter Control
Built-in Bluetooth 5.1 technology on the MT2 can facilitate wireless shutter control of your recording device of choice, whether that be a compatible camera model or your smartphone with the Hohem Joy app deployed. Various camera control cables included with the gimbal create wired connections via USB-C input. Once connected either wirelessly or via cable, use the gimbal's onboard shutter button to toggle recording on your device.
Creative Shooting Modes
- Select between various shooting modes using the onboard Mode and trigger buttons
- Pan Follow, Pan and Tilt Follow, and All Lock modes lock certain axes for different subject tracking
- POV mode allows each axis to move freely for dynamic first-person shooting
- Sport mode increases the follow speed for fast-moving subjects
- Inception mode spins the camera 360° on the pan axis while holding the gimbal horizontally
OLED Display and Onboard Controls
Use the integrated OLED display to view your working status, current mode, Bluetooth connection, and battery level. The control wheel helps focus your image and adjust the roll axis, and it can control the CCT/RGB characteristics of the separately available fill light module. The A/B motion button sets your time-lapse start and end point. The trigger helps recenter your gimbal and toggles Sports and All Lock modes.
All-Day Battery Life and Versatile Mounting
- The MT2 has a built-in battery capable of running the gimbal for 17 hours at a time. Recharge the gimbal in just 3 hours using the USB-C charging port. Another USB-C port on the tilt arm can charge your mobile device or camera while recording.
- Three 1/4"-20 mounting threads on the gimbal allow you to attach the included mini tripod or additional support accessories like a secondary handgrip or fill light.

Hohem MIC-01 2-Person Wireless Microphone System for USB-C Devices (2.4 GHz)
Record improved audio with your USB-C-compatible mobile device using the MIC-01 2-Person Wireless Lavalier Microphone System from Hohem. The transmitters can capture audio with a 48 kHz / 16-bit sampling rate. A TF-card slot allows for onboard recording.
328.1' Transmission Distance
All the components of the MIC-01 system can communicate to one another from up to 328.1' away (or 65.6' with obstruction) via line-of-sight 2.4 GHz technology.
Smartphone Shutter Control
When the receiver is connected to your compatible smartphone, you can use the transmitter to start/stop recording via onboard control. Simply click once to take a photo or video.
Long Battery Life
The transmitter and receiver units feature 150mAh batteries with 7.5 hour runtimes. Recharge the components via USB-C port, or use the included charging case. The case stores all the components together and recharges them in just 1.5 hours. When using the charging case, the total battery life of the system extends to 20 hours total.
