Wireless trigger is small and easy to conceal. I like using it over the phone app due to simplicity. After initial pairing it connects automatically. just select photo or video mode and press the button.
It does not work with the OM 3 camera even though the SKU on B&H's website says it does. Plus, B&H's Customer Support and Sales reps seemed to have become disconnected from each other. I've been buying camera equipment from B&H for over twenty years and this is the first time I've been disappointed by their customer service attitude. I know Ben is just doing his job but something has changed internally. Maybe the move to the new bigger building means they have less time for small loyal customer. Has anyone else noticed a change in B&H's customer care?
