An XLR extension component is compatible with the separately available Sony audio handle to incorporate different audio sources into your loadout. Multiple 1/4"-20 and ARRI anti-twist 3/8"-16 threads around the cage can attach articulating arms or even affix your camera in a vertical orientation, all while maintaining access to the camera's buttons and ports.
A shoe mount on the cage can accept an external monitor or shotgun microphone. You can also insert the included hand strap into the dedicated slots on the cage to provide another ergonomic handgrip. Add this durable Magic Arm with Dual Ball Heads from SmallRig to your rig to mount and adjust monitors, viewfinders, lights, mics, and other accessories. It features dual ball heads and 1/4"-20 screw mounts with tightening thumbwheels and anti-twist locating pins on each end. This lightweight aluminum and stainless steel arm has a load capacity of 12 lb. Each ball mount features a silicone gasket to add grip and friction to the mount when adjusting position, and both are tightened with a center locking lever. A magnetic wrench is included to help tighten the thumbwheels.
