Use the Quick Mount S-Bracket 2 from Westcott to quickly mount a compact light to standard Bowens or umbrella-based modifiers. The upgraded S-Bracket 2 arrives with a unibody design that supports light and modifier combinations up to 20 lb; meaning, it can safely hold larger softboxes without shifting, while still providing maximum stability for your setup. This handy accessory can securely hold rectangular- or round-head speedlights as well as compact flashes and LEDs. It also supports softboxes, reflectors, snoots, and other types of light shapers. A built-in tilting bracket with 5/8" receiver adjusts up to 180° for precise light placement.

The new Godox s3 seems to have a limit about 120cm softboxes. Would a ad200proii fit in the Westcott one?
The Westcott Quick Mount S-Bracket 2 (Bowens) is meant to work with round head flashes. If you have the Godox Witstro H200R Round Flash Head for AD200 TTL Pocket Flash, then it will be compatible. I would go with the Godox S2 bracket if using the AD200 Pro II.

Will this hold a traditional rectangular speedlite head (multi brand) like Godox 860 or Canon 580?
For Speedlight or rectangular-styled flashes, it is recommended to use the Godox S2 Speedlite Bracket for Bowens; it comes with inserts to help you center multiple-sized speedlights securely. The Westcott Quick Mount S-Bracket 2 (Bowens) is ideal for Westcott round fixtures like the FJ80 / FJ80 II / FJ80-SE / FJ200 / L60-B.
