This shows as a charger for the canon r50v. can this be used to power the camera without using the battery?

The Xcellon PDL-100 100W USB-C Universal AC Adapter (B&H # XCPDL100) is compatible with the Canon EOS R50 V Mirrorless Camera (B&H # CAER50V); however, it requires that the battery remain installed in the camera. As an alternative, you could use the Watson CBA-C2 AC Adapter and DC Coupler, B&H # WACBAC2.
