The lens construction consists of 14 elements in 10 groups, a 14-blade aperture, and an aperture range of T5.8 to T22.
Its compact focal length and 134.8° FOV make it a superwide rectilinear non-fisheye lens. A Zero-D design consisting of low-distortion optics helps create precise framing. Close-focusing capabilities allow you to zero in on objects 4.7" away with ease. An 80mm front outside diameter integrates compatible lens accessories. A shim set is included for calibration, and a hard case protects and transports the lens.
