My attached video shows it best. I've used this professionally 10 times. I'm happy with how it shocks the image for the most part, but big bumps make it bottom out and top out. That's reasonable but it affects the clarity of the image. We discontinued the use of this device in favor of mounting directly to the vehicle- which is a different set of bumps and shocks. I'd love a stronger spring shock, maybe a 2nd stronger spring and ability to snap them in or out depending on camera weight. The dial isnt enough latitude. 2nd critique is that I cant rotate the Osmo base, and that limits how the camera rotates. I'd like to be able to rotate the base 90 deg, or change the angle left or right while mounting. The arm stays straight nomatter what. All that said, it's great and it does the job. I'm just suggestion immediate improvements. Like- maybe the mount itself could rotate 90 degrees, and be bolted on sideways instead of just how it comes in the box. Thanks! Enjoy!
