The SmallRig SP-mini Spotlight says that there is an optional RC mini mount female-to-male Bowens adapter, but I do not see it on the SmallRig site. It is possible the item will be released soon.

No, it will not accept the 66mm gobo size. The size of the gobo for the SmallRig SP-mini Spotlight, BH #SM4939, is 54mm.
