The battery door does not open

It is a nice-looking cage. After the installation of my new Nikon Z7ii, I realized that the battery door does not open. The door stacks with the side of the cage. I did reinstall it - same thing. Have to return it to the B&H. The B&H issued an RMA form quickly. No lock for me, the B&H is the BEST!

I Bought One Of These For My Z8 And Now I Have One For The Z7II. They Are Great And Can Be Useful For All Kinds Of Needs. I Will Always Have One Of These On My Cameras.
