Dell Pro 24 Overview

Streamline your workflow with the 23.8" Dell Pro 24 All-in-One 65W Computer, which brings together just about everything you need to stay productive throughout your day.

Built for performance and versatility, inside is a 65W Intel Core Ultra 7 265 Series 2 processor that accelerates AI workloads with a dedicated NPU. Accompanying it is 16GB of DDR5 memory and a 512GB M.2 PCIe SSD that can quickly load and multitask applications. A convenient SD card reader is also available. Use the USB-C 2x2 port to transfer up to 20 Gb/s with compatible devices. There are also USB-C and USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports that work with up to 10 Gb/s devices. You can reserve the two 5 Gb/s USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports for peripherals such as the included mouse and keyboard. The pop-up Full HD HDR webcam, microphone array, and stereo speakers help to keep you connected with teammates. Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) support and a Gigabit Ethernet port allow you to connect to compatible networks. Windows 11 Pro is preinstalled.

Intel Ultra Performance
The Intel Ultra 7 265 processor powers applications with eight Performance cores while the 12 Efficient cores handle background tasks. The P-cores have a 5.3 Max Turbo Boost 3.0 frequency. A dedicated NPU can process up to 13 trillion operations per second (TOPS) to accelerate AI tasks. It also features integrated Intel Graphics.
Smooth Display
Enjoy vibrant visuals with the 23.8" 1920 x 1080 resolution, Full HD display. The 100 Hz refresh rate helps to minimize motion blur as you quickly scroll through text and watch videos.
Video Support
Connect external devices such as media players with the HDMI 1.4 and DisplayPort 1.4a inputs. The HDMI 2.1 out helps to enhance your multitasking by allowing you to daisy chain an additional display.
Pop-Up Webcam
A user-facing Full HD webcam pops up from the chassis and uses High Dynamic Range (HDR) technology to automatically adjust clarity for a clear picture.
Integrated Audio
Integrated stereo speakers allow you to listen to videos, music, and calls without cluttering your desktop. Plug a headset into the side-facing 3.5mm jack for added privacy.
Windows 11 Pro
Microsoft simplified the design and user experience with Windows 11. It has a modern, clean design with a new Start Menu position. Snap Layouts, Groups, and Desktops allow you to multitask with ease. Microsoft has also integrated some of their apps, such as Microsoft Teams. The redesigned Microsoft Store makes it easier to look for supported apps. The Pro version of Windows 11 includes all the features that Windows 11 Home offers plus many designed specifically for business users, including Hyper-V virtualization, BitLocker disk encryption, and remote desktop access.

I Have Been Using Dell Products For More Than 20 Years. Our Company Has Purchased More Than 100 Dell Computers Over The Years. While Still A Pretty Decent Product, I Have Noticed A Decline In The Quality Of Dell Products Over The Tears. Clearly In Such A Commoditized Business, Manufacturers Must Try To Keep Material Costs Down. Dell Seems To Place Too Much Emphasis On Material Cost Cutting, As The Feel And Quality Of Their Products Seems Cheaper And Less Durable Than The Previous Ones I Have Used. Furthermore, The Quality Of Dell's Customer Service Really Stinks. I Guess This Is True With Other Brands As Well, And Overall Dell Has Been A Quality Product. Clearly, The Only Way To Purchase A Dell Product Today Is Through An Authorized Retailer Like B&H. It Has Become Critically Important Today To Have A Fully Functional Customer Service Department. B&H Has Built A Global Business Based On Superior Customer Service. They Provide The Best Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced.
